Larguta is a tiny village in one of Romania’s poorest regions. Ten years ago the Liechtensteinisches Gymnasium in cooperation with the YANA foundation started to organize annual camps in Larguta. Students of the LG would join forces with local scouts to improve the standard of living in the village and the surrounding region of Bacau.
That’s how we became “Friends of Larguta”.

To stay involved in the region and the projects we grew very passionate about, we founded the “Friends of Larguta” organization.

We support the YANA daycare facilities and realize sustainable educational and economic projects of our own to create a brighter future for the youths of the Bacau Region.
